Flint Cottage is situated in such a convenient position. Within 100 yards of the cottage all the village amenities can be enjoyed; excellent pubs, inns, tearooms, restaurants (the popular George Inn is one of England’s oldest surviving inns), newsagent and well stocked (licensed) general store/delicatessen/post office, gift shops, craft shops and even a small apothecary! Everything needed to make a holiday here more enjoyable.

For walkers, the diverse countryside around the village is inspiring. The South Downs Way, some of the most attractive parts of which are found in this area, and the beautiful River Cuckmere, are also only a couple of minutes walk from Flint Cottage.

Alfriston has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday and Flint Cottage makes an excellent base to enjoy this beautiful corner of East Sussex.

All prices are inclusive of electricity, gas, bed linen, tea towels, cleaning and household items.

A deposit of £100 (or in the case of a winter break the full rent) is payable at the time of booking and the balance 4 weeks before you are due to begin your stay.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome provided they stay downstairs, but we ask people not to smoke indoors.
